This work is one of my own personal favourites. It was painted at another of these stages in life in which quite literally, "one door closes and another door opens". Change, however, is not always negative, and I hope that I transport that feeling through this painting...warm, harmonius colours with the bold orange imprints and that underlying sense of freedom and relief...
